After receiving a civil engineering degree from Georgia Tech in 1992, I spent ten years planning, designing, or overseeing construction for major highway and general civil projects from coast to coast. After earning a Professional Engineer’s license, I shifted his focus away from engineering consulting and into land development for one of the largest home builders in the nation.
